Here’s how we’ll do it.

1) We’ll meet 4 times in 12 months

Every three months, we’ll meet for a full day.

  • Groups 1, 2, 3 and 5: At Bletchley Park, in Milton Keynes (junction 14 of the M1, or 35 mins from central London on the train). This was where Colossus, the first large-scale electronic computer, was developed during WWII, to help break the Enigma code. It’s now also the home of the National Museum of Computing
  • Group 4: At the Novotel Manchester Centre, just a few minutes’ walk from Piccadilly and Oxford Road stations

Paul GreenWe’ll have a private boardroom. Lunch and all refreshments will be provided.

In the morning, we’ll get progress updates from each of the four businesses in the room. And then explore in detail how to speed up progress. You’ll learn as much from discussing other IT support businesses, as you will discussing your own.

In the afternoon, we will look at a couple of specific subjects in detail. This programme is structured to help you improve net profitability by tackling the small number of areas that make the biggest difference.

You’ll discover how to:

  • Get as many new clients as you need
  • Ethically persuade your clients to happily spend more with you
  • Be a better leader and have happier, more self sufficient staff
  • Get your website and online marketing to deliver better results
  • Create a highly positive cash flow
  • Dramatically improve your personal productivity
  • Set yourself apart from all your competitors with very clear marketing differentiation
  • Prepare your business for a highly profitable exit

The end of the day is about declarations. You make a public commitment to yourself and the group about what you will achieve by the time we meet again. What are you going to do and how will you get it done.

And trust me… I’m going to ask you about your progress at the next meeting. This is a group for people who take action and achieve results.

Your four meeting dates will be laid out in advance, allowing you to plan your diary.

2) Inbetween meetings, we’ll meet online for video calls

To really Get Things Done, you need a sense of accountability. So inbetween each face to face meeting, we’ll get together for a conference video call.

Each call will be scheduled for a day and time that best suits every member of the group.

I’ll run the call, and will ask you what progress you have made since we met. It’s likely you’ll use this call as a deadline to trigger action.

3) You’ll have support from me and your new colleagues on a daily basis, in a secret Facebook group

Nothing beats instant feedback from people you trust. So you’ll benefit from daily contact with your new colleagues, on Facebook.

This will be a secret Facebook group – no-one will be able to see you’re a member, let alone the content you write.

This will give you a true sense of community with your new colleagues. And be a valuable resource as you grow your business

4) Each Profit Accelerator group is strictly for four IT support businesses only

This group has to be small, so each business gets a high level of attention from me. There will only be space for four IT support businesses in each group.

And I only start a small number of groups each year. If you want to do this, you need to take action.

Critically, you are protected by two strong guarantees.

Guarantee 1:
Your competitors will be locked out

When you join this programme you are guaranteed that none of your direct competitors will be in your group.

If one of your competitors is already in the group, then unfortunately we will not be able to accept you into this programme. You can ask to join the waiting list for a future group.

Guarantee 2:
A return of at least double your investment

If you actively use your programme and implement what I suggest, you will see the desired growth and change in your business.

That means a return of at least double your investment. For businesses with a higher turnover, the return should be several times your investment.

If you don’t get this return, I will do whatever needs to be done to identify what’s stopping you from getting results, help you remove those barriers, and continue to work with you at my own cost to kickstart the growth.
